Population dataset of the Netherlands
This data set with population data is obtained from the StatLine data of the CBS (Central Buro of Statistics) with reference date January 1st, 2017. The data set contains:
Population category
The population, number of males and females per postcode area, number of households, devided by groups and the number of Western and non-Western immigrants. Furthermore, the surface area per postcode area and the population is mentioned.
Population data
The population in age groups per 5 year.
Male
The number of men in age groups per 5 year.
Female
The number of women in age groups per 5 year.
Area and Density
The area of postcode areas are obtained from the postcode 4 map. With this information the density is being specified. The file format is Excel
